We are looking forward to hosting this year's state meet! This is the page we will be updating often with information on the meet, program, concessions, registration, hotels, and meet scores following the competition. We are hosting the meet at Chenango Valley High School again this year. It was an amazing venue in 2018 and the feedback from parents and coaches was great! Level 8-10 Will qualify automatically.
All gymnasts must compete in 2 NY State qualifying meets.
Please enter your gymnasts even if they have not yet qualified. If they
do not meet the qualifying score their entry will be refunded.
COMPETITIONS AND AWARDS FROM THE PRIOR SESSION WILL OVERLAP, PLEASE ENSURE AN ADDITIONAL COACH OR REPRESENTATIVE FOR YOUR GYM IS AVAILABLE DURING AWARDS .
1. All Entries Must be in no later than Feb 10th
2. Make sure your athletes are in the right Levels and Divisions , there not always correct on the USA database.
3. Make sure all coaches attending have all their credentials up to date , or they will not be allowed on the competition floor NO EXCEPTIONS !!
4. We will have the meet schedule out on or shortly after Feb 11th (the date registration will be closed)

The meet schedule is posted Please note that sessions are WARM UP AND COMPETE EACH EVENT. You will not have the hour or so of down time before competition. We will also utilize a process we call "Michigan Bump" for the largest sessions where competition will start after a few gymnasts warm up and then gymnasts will warm up in between competition judgements. ( If we utilize this It will be explained at march in so you don't miss anything)

THIS WEEKEND'S STATE MEET IS POSTPONED
This event is postoned due to the concern of the local health and goverment officials along with the host school district. your safety is priority. We will be working closely with NYS gymnastics to reschedule this event. It will be after May 1, 2020.
